Together As One: Feed A Smile

What is Together As One? Together As One, also known as TAO is a weekend long festival full of live music from a variety of great performers, shopping, hunts, raffles and loads of fun, all to support charities for children. The TAO Festival is founded by Winter Winters. Winter and a team of many others, including BB Woodford work together for months planning this event. This year’s Summer 2024 TAO is sponsoring “Feed A Smile.”

What is Feed A Smile? Feed A Smile is a charity dedicated to feeding the children of a group in the Live and Learn Education Center in Kenya. “140 US$ are needed to prepare a healthy vegetable stew for all of the LLK children.” quoted from the Feed A Smile website. 

How can we help in this world of Second Life? It’s super easy and you don’t even have to be rich! It only takes 100L$ to get one warm meal for a child. Even if you’re a person that doesn’t like to give without receiving, you can help too. The TAO festival is full of raffles, shops, hunts, and more. Throw 100L$ in a kiosk and join the hunt for great prizes. Throw some loose change in a raffle for a chance to win more great prizes. So many different ways you can help.
